Um dos primeiros lançamentos do holandês Steve Rachmad, e seu primeiro trabalho como Sterac, com um som que remete muito ao som de Detroit, e pau a pau com o que de melhor havia por lá na época. A primeira faixa, Sitting On Clouds, também sairia no ano seguinte, parte de seu aclamado álbum "Secret Life Of Machines".
